Cancellation Policy
Cobalto Boat Escape Refund and Cancellation policy is simple and clear Cancellation for adverse sea/weather conditions: The cancellation is taken by our experienced captains after analyzing reliable sources. You wont be charged any fee; You can decide wether to reschedule the tour (upon availability), or to be totally refunded. Other cases, such as voluntary cancellation, travel or medical restrictions: 10 or more days before the tour date. No charge or Full refund Between 9 and 6 days before the tour date, you will be charged the 50% amount of the tour price. 5 days before the tour date, you will be charged the total amount. The day of the tour: Late arrivals (more than 25 minutes) and or No Show are non-refundable, the full amount will be charged.
